Our Doctors

Ascension Network (Tier 1) providers are Ascension-employed or contracted providers that have partnered with Ascension to provide high quality healthcare to our members. Members receive the highest level of benefits and the lowest out-of-pocket costs when they choose an Ascension Network provider.

Our Facilities

Ascension Network (Tier 1) facilities are Ascension Ministries or contracted facilities. By visiting a Tier 1 facility, members get the most bang for their buck and receive the highest level of benefits SmartHealth has to offer.
