Caring for Others Starts with Caring for Ourselves

Being able to care for our patients, families and communities starts with caring for ourselves. Ascension has several free resources to help you care for yourself holistically—mind, body and spirit. Best of all, these well-being and wellness resources are housed online, so you can access them when you need them.
August is well-being month for Ascension. There are several well-being activities planned throughout, including live and pre-recorded events geared to help associates become more mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually fit.
